Shilpi is an MBA and a qualified actuary with more than 10 years’ experience in the insurance sector.
Over this period, she has worked in a wide range of functions including product development, pricing, financial reporting, risk management and economic capital. She has also had the unique opportunity to work across industry sectors viz. direct life insurance, insurance consulting, reinsurance and, recently, microinsurance. Currently, Shilpi is leading an ILO innovation project in partnership with Ghana’s National Health Insurance Authority. Her project explores the application of digital member renewal and identity authentication solutions in the field of social healthcare.
Doug is Principal of DCS Consulting Solution, Australia and Dean of Studies, Africa Bancassurance Academy based in Lagos Nigeria.
His organization provides consulting services to Boards and CEO’s in the areas of business and strategic planning, brand and organizational growth, distribution strategy and channel development, investment governance and management, risk management and policy development. Mr. Justice Yaw Ofori

Mr. Ofori, until his appointment was the Director of the Ghana Insurance College.He holds an International Executive MBA and a B.A. Honours from the University of Ghana (Political Science Major). Mr. Ofori is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Ghana and the Chartered Insurance Professional Insurance Institute of Canada.
He assumes duty with a wide range of experience in both teaching and practicing since qualifying as a chartered insurer.
